How to Report a Claim Directly to Preferred Specialty, LLC
To report a claim, please notify the Preferred Specialty Claims Department by calling 1-800-738-4800; or emailing firstname.lastname@example.org; or faxing 803-790-4827.
In order to accelerate the claims process, please be ready to provide as much of the following information as possible:
- Your Policy Number
- Date, time, and location of the loss/accident
- Details of the loss/accident
- Name, address, phone number and email address of any involved parties
- If applicable, name of law enforcement agency or fire department along with the incident number
