This aids us in fulfilling this commitment to you. Please refer to your policy for this and all other terms and conditions.

How to Report a Claim Directly to Preferred Specialty, LLC

To report a claim, please notify the Preferred Specialty Claims Department by calling 1-800-738-4800; or emailing claims@preferredspecialty.com; or faxing 803-790-4827.

In order to accelerate the claims process, please be ready to provide as much of the following information as possible:

  • Your Policy Number
  • Date, time, and location of the loss/accident
  • Details of the loss/accident
  • Name, address, phone number and email address of any involved parties
  • If applicable, name of law enforcement agency or fire department along with the incident number
