Reporting a claim is easy with Preferred Specialty

How to report a claim directly to Preferred Specialty

To report a claim, please notify the Preferred Specialty Claims Department by calling 1.800.738.4800, emailing claims@preferredspecialty.com, or faxing 803.790.4827. Please provide as much of the following information as possible for faster claims processing:
  • Your Policy Number
  • Date, time, and location of the loss/accident
  • Details of the loss/accident
  • Name, address, phone number and email address of any involved parties
  • If applicable, name of law enforcement agency or fire department along with the incident number
