General liability:

$1,000,000 occurrence/$2,000,000 general aggregate
$1,000,000 products completed operations aggregate
$1,000,000 personal injury & advertising injury (classes where products completed operations aggregate is included in general aggregate is acceptable)

Automobile liability:

$1,000,000 combined single limit

Employers liability:

$500,000 each accident
$500,000 policy limit disease
$500,000 each employee disease or individual state statutory limit if greater

Employee benefits:

$1,000,000 each employee
$1,000,000 aggregate

Hired & non-owned automobile liability:

$1,000,000 occurrence
